Since 1978 Exhaust Masters (dba of RM Services, Inc.) has been preventing kitchen fires in facilities ranging from independent restaurants to stadiums. Our efficient cleaning technique minimizes downtime and reduces fire hazards ultimately lowering operational costs and increasing safety in the kitchen.
What can you expect from each service?
Standard Service
We use a heated pressure washing system and treatment with our proprietary chemical compound to break down grease in the hoods, ducts and fans. In areas of significant grease accumulation, we scrape and wash by hand to ensure complete cleaning and a safe, compliant kitchen environment.
Scheduling
We schedule a minimum of 3 days in advance and request permission from the manager on duty before confirming the appointment.
Unit Survey
During the first cleaning all components of the kitchen exhaust system are surveyed and recommendations are made to solve any existing issues.
Preventative Maintenance
While we don't provide mechanical repair, we do inspect motors, fans and belts so we can bring any repair items to your attention.
Service Decal
We sign and date an Exhaust Masters service decal on the hood for Insurance Company and Fire Marshall compliance.
Insurance
Our liability policy covers every type of facility and our technicians are insured under worker's comp.
Cleanup
Our goal is to leave your kitchen cleaner than when we arrived. Unless the manager on duty specifies otherwise, we will wipe the counters and mop the floors of any residual grease/debris remaining after our cleaning.
Communication
This is vital to the success of our service. Our technicians communicate directly with the store manager and cook regarding arrival time and any cleaning issues that arise. We pride ourselves in returning every phone call with an acceptable resolution. A complete cleaning history report for every restaurant is available at your request.
Professionalism
Our technicians wear uniforms and have identification available.
Photos
